CHAPTER 13

The Assembly of the Holy Ones:

Psalm 89:5 Let heaven (the angels) praise Your wonders, O Lord, Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones (the holy angels)”. (Amplified Bible)

Psalm 89:7 A God greatly feared and revered in the council of the holy (angelic) ones, and to be feared and worshipfully revered above all those who are round about Him?” (Amplified Bible)

Psalm 50:2 “Out of Zion (the mountain of God where the holy ones assemble), the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.” (KJV) (Deuteronomy 4:48 identifies Sion (Zion) as Hermon)
Exodus 24:17 And the sight of the glory of the LORD was like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel.”

There is sufficient evidence that God holds councils at various high locations including mountain tops and in heaven itself. Such gatherings of the Godhead may include elders and angels, as well as heroes of faith like Moses and Elijah. The location is called the “holy mountain” or the “mountain of God”, regardless of the actual physical location. Great significance is placed on Mount Zion as "The Mount of the Lord" and as "His Holy Hill." Ezekiel 28:2 tells us regarding Lucifer”...thou wast upon the holy mountain of God..”. Mount Hermon is well- known as the “holy mountain”. Moses was given the Law as the Ten Commandments were inscribed on Mount Sinai, which spiritually would be taken as a foreshadowing of the establishment of absolute Law on Mount Zion to the end.

Orion is literally translated from the Greek as “mountain dweller”. As weve already established, Orion is symbolic of Jesus. In the gospel of Matthew Jesus repeatedly goes "to the mountain", there being six occurrences that are recorded. The first was immediately after calling his disciples Peter, Andrew, James and John. Matt 5:1 (KJV) says, And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:” At this point, he taught the beatitudes. The last visit into a mountain was recorded in Matthew 28:16 (KJV) Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them.” This meeting with the disciples was almost immediately after the resurrection. At crucial times in His ministry, Jesus would go to a high mountain to dwell in prayer. His ministry began and ended with a visit to the mountain, in the first instance immediately after calling his disciples and finally to instruct them with a commission in Matt. 28:19-20 (KJV) “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

Lucifer in his former state took part in the assembly on the mountain of God. Ezekiel 28:16 chronicles his expulsion. The “stones of fire” refers the precious stones that sparkle like fire as in Moses meeting with God on Mt. Sinai.

Therefore I have cast you as profane

From the mountain of God.

And I have destroyed you, O covering cherub,

From the midst of the stones of fire.”

The transfiguration is foreshadowed in Psalm 89:12, 15 Tabor and Hermon shout for joy at Your name. How blessed are the people who know the joyful sound! O Lord, they walk in the light of Your countenance.” (NASB)

Mt Hermon is the mountain that is certainly the site of the Transfiguration of Christ which occurred some 800 years after this psalm was written. Matthew 17:2 “And He was transfigured before them; and His face shone as the sun, and His raiment was white as the light.”

Mount Hermon in Arabic is Jabal el-Shaykh, which means "mountain of the chief". The mountain is actually a range of mountains with three distinct summits, each about the same height. Mount Hermon has seasonal winter and spring snow falls which cover all three of its peaks for most of the year. Melt water from the snow-covered mountain's western and southern bases seeps into the rock channels and pores, feeding springs at the base of the mountain, which form streams and rivers. These merge to become the Jordan River. It may be noted that in no other locality of Palestine is the dew so heavy and abundant as in the vicinity of this mountain group. Dew is a source of great fertility (Gen. 27:28; Deut. 33:13; Zech. 8:12), and its withdrawal is regarded as a curse from God (2 Sam. 1:21; 1 Kings 17:1). It is the symbol of a multitude (2 Sam. 17:12; Ps. 110:3); and from its refreshing influence it is an emblem of brotherly love and harmony (Ps. 133:3), and of rich spiritual blessings (Hos. 14:5). So rich is the symbolism of the dew from Mt Hermon that in Psalm 133 its life giving properties are compared to the eternal spiritual life that descends upon the mountains of Zion like dew. In the Bible, Zion can refer to Mount Zion, to Jerusalem or to all of Israel. Psalm 133 refers to all of Israel, and the blessings are for all of Gods people.

There are two Mount Zions in the Bible, one being a hill in Jerusalem and the other being Mount Hermon. In Deuteronomy 4:48, Zion (Sion) is identified as Mount Hermon, “From Aroer, which is by the bank of the river Arnon, even unto mount Sion, which is Hermon”. Comparison between the head of Orion and the summit of Mount Hermon

The head of Orion is distinguished by three closely-grouped stars. Mount Hermon has three closely-grouped summits of similar elevation.
At the feet of Orion is the Constellation of Eridanus, which is the Greek name for the Jordan River. At the foot of Mount Hermon are the head-waters of the Jordan River (Eridanus).
Meissa lies due north of the Orion Nebula, the probable physical location of Heaven from which the New Jerusalem will descend. Mount Hermon, also known locally as the Holy Mountain, lies north of Jerusalem, the Holy City.
Meissa which represents the head and face of Orion shines with the equivalent energy of 65,000 suns. Mount Hermon is without doubt the location where Christ was transfigured, and His face shone like the Sun. (Matt. 17:2)

Psalm 48; 1-2 “Great is the Lord, and most worthy of praise, in the city of our God, his holy mountain. It is beautiful in its loftiness, the joy of the whole earth. Like the utmost heights of Zaphon [the hidden treasure in the north] is Mount Zion, the city of the Great King..” Here, Zion on the sides of the north is a description of the location of Mount Hermon within the borders of Israel. Where in Psalm 133, it speaks of brotherly love as if the dew of Hermon was falling upon Mount Zion in Jerusalem. In Psalm 48, the simile is reversed. It goes on to speak of the mighty city of the Lord Almighty that is located on the northern mountain. In terms of symbolism, it appears that the attributes of the two Mount Zions are interchangeable.

The Counterfeit Amongst the Pagans:

Isaiah 14:13 states “I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:” The prophet Isaiah addresses the King of Babylon in terminology that would specifically be understood by him and those alive at that time. The “mount of the congregation” refers in the literal sense to the northern mountain, supposed by the Babylonians to be the meeting-place of their gods. In the Babylonian inscriptions, mention is made of a mountain which is described as “the mighty mountain of Bel (Baal), whose head rivals heaven, whose root is the holy deep.” This mountain was regarded in their mythology as the place where the gods had their seat. The Babylonian inscriptions describe a mountain called Im-Kharasak. It is said to be mount El-wend, near Ecbatana. In the straightforward sense of the verse, it is referring to the Babylonian kings desire to be equal to the gods. Similarly, the Greeks had Mount Olympus and the Norse had Asgard, both being places where the gods gathered together. In Hindu tradition, their pantheon of Gods meets at the summits of high mountains. Note- Yahweh was doing this first. Every other tradition and cultural reference is a copy/counterfeit of the original.

Conclusion about Meissa:

By extension, Meissa and his companions are the celestial representation of “the mount of the congregation”, otherwise known as “the assembly of the holy ones”. We see from the star chart that Venus/Lucifer will sit above Meissa on and about May 15th 2012, thereby partially fulfilling his stated objectives, the first part being to “sit upon the mount of the congregation”. Psalm 19:1-4 tells us that the stars have a voice, but some will be disappointed that the celestial depiction of the Trinity isn’t more grandiose than the three faint stars in the head of Orion. Elijah learned in 1 Kings 19:11-13 that God doesn’t always speak through overt displays like the fire or the earthquake, but sometimes it’s through the still small voice that the Lord makes His will known.

Satan's Objectives yet to be Achieved:

Isaiah 14:13-14 (KJV) “I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: … I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.” Well see in the following sections how Lucifer attempts to bring these statements to fruition.

Orions Belt and the M42 (Orion) Nebula:

The three stars in Orions Belt from Left to right are Alnitak, Alnilam and Mintaka. Alnilam has the meaning “string of pearls” which is suggestive of the brightness of the three stars that are in a nearly straight line. For thousands of years, Orions Belt has been known by the epithet the gateway to heaven”. As well as sitting above Meissa on May 15th 2012, Venus also sits above Alnilam and the Orion Nebula, but what is the significance of these celestial objects?

Heaven on Earth

In relatively recent times has come the discovery that certain monuments in Egypt are aligned in such a way as the represent the heavens, particularly and spectacularly Orions Belt and other stars in the constellation of Orion, namely Betelgeuse and Rigel, as well as Sirius, the brightest fixed star in the heavens.

The Egyptians were a polytheistic society after the rebellion of Nimrod, and were heavily influenced by the Babylonian religion that sprang up as a consequence of that rebellion. They had lost none of their enthusiasm for exploring the mysteries of the stars and were determined to replicate Heaven on the Earth. If there is one being apart from God who knows where Heaven is, its Lucifer. After all, he had been banished from there and his goal is to return in triumph. Of course, he has revealed to his followers many of the secrets of the stars, including where he knows his origin is. This is the reason why Orions Belt was known by the epithet “the gateway to heaven”.

According to http://home.hiwaay.net/~jalison/Art2.html:

In 2003 Graham Chase demonstrated that the angular dimensions of the celestial triangle formed by Sirius, Betelgeuse and Rigel match the angular dimensions of the terrestrial triangle formed by Heliopolis, Abu Sir and Abu Roash. Just as the line from Betelgeuse to Rigel crosses over Orion's belt, the line from Abu Sir to Abu Roash crosses over the pyramids at Giza. 4,500 years ago the alignment of Orion's belt above the horizon matched the alignment of the pyramids at Giza, when Orion's belt was 51.85 east of due south. At that time, a sight line could be drawn from from Abu Roash through Abu Sir, across the horizon and up into the sky through Rigel and Betelgeuse. This may explain why pyramids were built along this sight line at Abu Roash and at Zawyet El Aryan during pyramid construction at Giza.

Egyptologist Miroslav Verner has noted that the diagonal line formed by the south-east corners of the three main pyramids at Giza points towards ancient Heliopolis and that the diagonal line formed by the northwest corners of the pyramids of the Pharaohs Sahure, Neferikare and Raneferef's at Abu Sir also points towards Heliopolis.

In ancient times Heliopolis was the principal seat of sun-worship, thus its name, which means “city of the sun” in Greek. The city was also the original source of the worship of the Ennead pantheon. The Ennead was a group of nine deities in Egyptian mythology and were worshipped at Heliopolis and consisted of the sun god Atum, his children Shu and Tefnut, their children Geb and Nut and their children Osiris, Isis, Set and Nephthys.

Therefore, these massive construction efforts were not only to replicate heaven, but also to provide a centre of worship for their main deity, being the sun god Atum. In the night sky, Sirius is the symbol of the sun because it is the brightest fixed star, its equivalent on Earth being Heliopolis.

Among the many fascinating features of the Giza pyramids are the four air-shafts in the north and south faces of the King's Chamber of the Great Pyramid, and the two in the Queen's Chamber beneath it. Bauval calculated that in 2500 BC, the southern vent would have pointed directly at Orion and the southern air shaft in the Queen's Chamber would have pointed at the star Sirius,

which was sacred to Osiris' consort Isis. In the early 1990s, Belgian engineer Robert Bauval theorised that the vent was intended to be a channel to direct the pharaoh's soul to Orion, where “he would become a god.”

There has been a lot of speculation about Cheops, the Great Pyramid, leading to the conclusion that it may well be an architectural wonder, its importance in symbolism well beyond its awesome magnitude and construction. The mathematical precision incorporating information beyond the intellectual scope of humans in the third millennium BC indicates a supernatural design and Designer. If God instructed its original construction, it appears to have been incorporated into an engineered geographical topography that has been corrupted to reflect the purposes of an Adversary.

However, Cheops speaks with its own voice. The truth remains unpolluted, even if it is surrounded by lies. Many books have been written about the prophetic nature and symbolism of Cheops, but this would be a divergence from the core direction of this book. If Cheops, the central of the three great pyramids of Giza tells us anything about Orion, it is that Alnilam, the central of the three stars in Orions Belt has some special significance. For the Egyptians, Orion was the final destination of the soul.

Conclusion about Orions Belt

What has been described in this section is the natural consequence of Nimrods delusion. The people who built the pyramids in the pattern described above are the same people and the immediate descendants of who were scattered because of the judgement by God of their illicit attempts to reach into Heaven. Gen. 11:4 (KJV) tells us, And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.”

The pyramids of Egypt are an extension on a much grander scale of Nimrods intentions to harness their knowledge of the stars and to replicate Heaven on the Earth and to create a gateway between heaven and earth.

The Bible names Orion directly on 4 different occasions as well as the nearby Pleiades, and alludes to it in vivid symbolism on a number of other occasions. Surely, Orion has a special place in God’s eternal plan. It is no wonder that Satan also has Orion in sharp focus.

M42 The Orion Nebula:

If Orions Belt is the gateway to heaven, then the Orion Nebula may well be the actual physical location. John, the disciple of Jesus, in Revelation describes a place of unimaginable beauty and colour. There are many beauteous locations in the stars, but nothing compares to the wonders of the Orion Nebula. It can be seen on a clear night as a blur below Orions Belt, but even with a small telescope or binoculars, the majesty begins to unfold. Professor Learkin of Mt. Lowe Observatory gives the following description:

"These photographs reveal the opening and interior of a cavern so stupendous that our entire solar system would be lost therein. I have watched it since the days of youth in many telescopes of many powers but never dreamed that the central region is the mouth of a colossal cave. Pen of writer and brush of artist alike are lifeless and inert in any attempt to describe this interior. For the depths of the Orion Nebula appear like torn and twisted objects and river masses of shining glass, irregular pillars, columns of stalactites in glittering splendour and stalagmites from the mighty floor. The appearance is like that of light shining and glowing from behind the clear walls of ivory and pearl, studded with millions of diamonds shining stars. "

Job 9:9 “He is the Maker of the Bear and Orion, the Pleiades and the constellations of the south.”. The word for chambers means a private apartment of a dwelling and in some translations is rendered as mansions. Didnt Jesus say, “In my house are many mansions....?” John 14:2. I find it fascinating that people describing the Orion Nebula use the word cavern while the Bible when describing the same thing uses the word chambers. Its also important to note that this verse is a word picture of a dwelling place amongst the stars. Keep in mind that the nebula was only properly observed after the invention of the telescope less than 500 years ago. In a recent scholarly translation called the Jewish Bible, the term chambers of the south is rendered hidden constellations of the south.

Scholars have been puzzled by those words for millennia, but Scripture has a way of explaining itself. Ezekiel 42:13 (Amplified Bible) says, “Then said the man [an angel] to me, The north chambers and the south chambers, which are opposite the yard, are the holy chambers where the priests who approach the Lord shall eat the most holy offerings; there shall they lay the most holy things--the meal offering, the sin offering, and the trespass or guilt offering--for the place is holy.”

Here we see that it is a holy place where sin is dealt with and a holy garment is put on in order to go into the very presence of God. The chamber is immediately adjoining the most holy place where the Fathers presence is.

Conclusion about the Orion Nebula:

The evidence for the conclusion that the Orion Nebula is the physical location of Heaven is circumstantial but strong. There is passionate support in many quarters for the proposition, but opinion doesn’t necessarily guarantee the reality of what has been deduced. The general sentiment is that the possibility has to be seriously considered.
